Frazer Mackay is the Managing Director of UK Operations at Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd. (FWEL) and has been with FWEL for over 18 years. During his career Frazer has been involved in all stages of process plant project execution and has worked across the pharma, refining, chemicals, petrochemical, upstream, water treatment and power sectors. FWEL’s UK operation also provides services across Norway, Sweden, Russia, the Middle East and Pakistan. Frazer is a first class honours graduate from Paisley University and a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Frazer is a dedicated advocate of engineering excellence and has been an active member of the IMechE Employers Panel since 2009.
