Mick Lynam is a Director of PM Group with over 25 years experience in leadership roles on major projects in the Biopharmaceuticals, Advanced Technology, Oil & Gas, Energy and Healthcare sectors. Over his sixteen years with PM Group he has held a variety of roles including Project Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Manager and coordination of Business Development. Mick’s particular area of expertise is in the management of complex projects. He is currently a member of the core team responsible for the ISPE Good Practice Guide for Project Management and is also a member of the advisory board of the Centre for Project Management at the University of Limerick, Ireland. Mick joined the Group's Board in 2008.
