Ministry of Environment & Water Resources Benchmarking Study

PM Group carried out a strategic international benchmarking study to examine energy use and greenhouse gas emissions in Singapore’s  biotech, primary and secondary pharmaceutical and nutritional sectors.

We were commissioned to carry out this study by the Ministry of Environment & Water Resources (MEWR), a Singapore government agency that manages the country's limited water resources and addresses the country's environmental and sustainability challenges.

The study benchmarked Singapore sites in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and nutritional sectors against equivalent sites in Europe, the USA, China and India, and provided customised solutions to each site to reduce their energy usage and greenhouse gas emissions.
