Considerate Constructors Silver Award
We are delighted that one of our key client projects in Cork, Ireland has been recognised with a Considerate Constructors Scheme Silver Award in the 'Projects over £100M' Category. Congratulations to all involved in this great achievement.
The Considerate Constructors Awards recognises exceptional sites and organisations that have demonstrated outstanding commitment in the areas of Community, Environment and Workforce. These awards are issued to sites that represent the pinnacle of considerate construction amongst their peers and set the benchmark for others to follow.
During the project, PM Group, the client and all the trade partners worked together to consistently maintain the highest standards. The innovation and implementation of best practices reflected the core values and shared commitment of the entire project team.
At its manufacturing site Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork, the client produces medicines for immunology and oncology patients. This significant project involved the expansion of the existing manufacturing facility to support an increase in capacity for its monoclonal antibody bulk manufacturing process. The two-year project saw over 800 people on site during peak construction.

More about the Considerate Constructors Scheme
The 2024 Considerate Constructors Awards Scheme had an entry of approximately 2000 projects from Ireland and the UK. The scheme supports construction sites and organisations in Ireland and the UK in raising industry standards, building public trust, providing positive impacts and contributions to communities and the environment, and improving workforce conditions.
The Considerate Constructors Awards winners have demonstrated outstanding commitment to the Code of Considerate Practice in the areas of Community, Environment and Workforce.
