Graduate Programme and Early Careers

Our two-year Graduate Programme aims to help develop your technical abilities and your personal skills in a collaborative office; working on projects across Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Processes, Mission Critical and more. We also welcome year placement students, providing practical experience that you can take into your final year studies.

Get social and go international!

Building the bridge between university and the working world, at PM Group we have multiple societies and initiatives you can get involved with. For example, our Green Fingers society, weekly football matches, planned social events which are led and owned by our graduates and Women’s Network.
