Confidential Client, Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility
PM Group was part of a combined construction management team for a wafer fabrication and utilities upgrade for a confidential semiconductor manufacturer. We were also designers of the new fabrication plant.

This project consisted of a new Wafer Fab facility with 6,000sqm of Class 1 and Class 10 cleanrooms (ISO). It also involved a utility upgrade for the new fab and a new process facility. The total area of the facility was 18,000sqm.
