IBM's technology campus is situated on a 100-acre site at Mulhuddart, Co Dublin. The project involved the development of a greenfield site and the construction of high-tech manufacturing facilities.

PM Group were the Project and Design Managers for the project which involved leading the design team for the Civil, Structural, Architectural, Cleanroom, Process, IT, Data and M&E, in addition to co-ordinating the Regulatory / Permitting effort.

The IMD Building (110,000 sq ft) is a microelectronics test facility where semiconductor devices manufactured abroad are tested. This was a fast track project with duration of six months from commencement of design to production start-up.

The SSD Building (185,000 sq ft) is a high-tech facility which manufactures memory storage disks. The facility has 91,400 sq ft of class 10, 100 and 100,000 cleanrooms.

The Server Division (520,000 sq ft) comprises four buildings, each incorporating two storey office blocks, technical support centres, changing facilities and production areas.
