As part of the site evaluation process, or simply to meet corporate property acquisition policy, PM Group can coordinate the undertaking of technical and environmental due diligence activities appropriate to the location.

Typically based on the principles of ASTM International, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments can be carried out to confirm the suitability of the greenfield or brownfield properties selected for development consideration.
