We require an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a Pharma project based in North County Dublin.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a site wide medium voltage upgrade project including the complete redevelopment of 2 electrical switch rooms.

Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of a site wide medium voltage electrical upgrade
  • Assist in the selection and specification of various electrical system components including motor control centres, switchgear, transformers, etc.
  • Appoint contractors and procurement of relevant equipment
  • Determine code require working clearances around electrical equipment
  • Develop project strategy for minimal product manufacturing disturbance
  • Reviewing shop drawings and assist with general construction services
  • Assist in gathering field related information for projects or specific tasks
  • Ability to identify electrical equipment requirements
  • Vendor / Contractor management
  • Estimation for project costs and deliverables


  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years electrical engineering experience
  • Previous experience on delivering electrical upgrade projects ideally within highly regulated live environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to co-ordinate contractors
