We now wish to recruit Process Project Engineers for projects based in Leinster.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and executing engineering programs associated with the development of new and existing manufacturing processes.  This may involve new process, process transfer, scale-up, optimisation and troubleshooting
  • Analyse the process systems currently in place and advice on improvements
  • Manage projects from conception to completion including management of vendors and contractors
  • Select appropriate parameters for prototype/finished dosage production to ensure product quality and reproducibility are achieved
  • Equipment specification, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, modification and validation
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Preparation of technical documentation such as standard operating procedures, safety programmes, validation protocols, technical reports, engineering calculations, change controls and other documentation as required
  • Provision of technical leadership for operations personnel involved in process engineering and development activities

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Third Level Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Senior Project Engineering / Project Management experience within a chemical API plant
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience of process systems including reactor, centrifuges, and process improvements would be an advantage
  • Be capable of taking on a project management role on small projects
  • Keep updated with technology and the pharmaceutical business in Ireland
  • Be a good oral and written communicator and be capable of presenting themselves and the company in a professional manner to clients and potential clients
