PM Group Construction Services requires an experienced QA/QC Manager

We wish to appoint a QA/QC Manager for Group Construction Services.  The QA/QC Manager will provide leadership and expertise in all Group Construction Services QA/QC matters.

This is a senior position within the Group Construction Services Team.  Home base location is flexible, as the role will require travel across the varying PM Group construction locations.

Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Custodian of construction quality across PM Group
  • Provide expertise and guidance in relation to construction QA/QC for all construction activities
  • Responsible for the implementation of a consistent Construction Quality Programme across PM Group Construction Services
  • Set up and implement systems and procedures in relation to construction quality across PM Group Construction Services
  • Provision of training and expertise across PM Group in relation to construction QA/QC
  • Responsible for the implementation of a consistent Construction Quality Audit regime across PM Group Construction Services
  • Responsible for ensuring construction quality programs are properly aligned with PM Group’s QMS and supports the Group quality objectives
  • Maintain a working relationship with Group Quality Manager
  • Maintain satisfactory relations between client and PM Group in matters relating to construction QA/QC

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree qualified (desirable but not essential) with additional Construction Quality qualifications
  • 10+ years professional experience
  • Demonstrated capability in Construction Quality Management
  • Construction QA/QC experience across multiple engineering disciplines essential
  • Construction QA/QC experience on projects within the Life Sciences, Food, Energy and other specialised industries is desirable
