PM Group received the prestigious RoSPA Gold Award in recognition of our achievements in health and safety management systems.

Leadership and workforce involvement

The judges take into consideration how good practices such as leadership and workforce involvement helped all those involved at their offices and sites to get home safely at the end of the working day.

The RoSPA (Royal Society of the Prevention of Accidents) held the internationally renowned annual Health and Safety Awards ceremony in Birmingham. We were delighted to pick up a Gold Award in what is the longest-running industry awards scheme in the UK for Health and Safety.

Everyone is involved in safety

PM Group's UK Health & Safety Manager, Steve Youngman said, "Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of everyone involved in our projects is of paramount importance to us. It is only doing what we can deliver projects safely for our clients. We have developed the tools, processes and culture to continue doing this successfully. Winning our first RoSPA award is further testament to this and ultimately our commitment to people going home safely".

"The RoSPA Awards are the most highly respected in the health and safety arena, with almost 2,000 entrants every year, and allow organisations to prove excellence in the workplace, demonstrating a commitment to the wellbeing of not only employees but all those who interact with it," said Julia Small, RoSPA's head of qualifications, awards and events.

Congratulations also go to our colleagues at PM PROjEN, who collected their 17th consecutive Gold Award at this year's ceremony.
