This project involved the demolition of existing outbuildings and the construction of a 15,000sqm laboratory building and animal housing facilities, utilities, wastewater treatment plants and general site infrastructure.
PM Group performed design author supervision services during the construction phase. The facility was designed to both EU and Polish codes and included Class 3 and Class 3+ bio-containment laboratories and associated services.
