Your favourite part about working in PM Group?

It’s a vibrant and dynamic business. Our international dimension naturally leads to a culture of collaborating with other offices around the world. Our combined strengths make us stronger and lead to success and opportunities.

Your biggest challenge to date?

Making each person proud to work with us and linking them together. That’s what leads to successful projects. I believe it’s essential to invest in our people’s development and recognise and reward their dedication to our clients, our values and our company.

The most useful piece of advice you have received?

Try to resolve small issues rather than making big changes in the organisation.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I enjoy playing table tennis competitively. I’m also quite busy organising my children’s hockey team activities! At the weekends I like to relax and prepare dinner for family and friends.
