We are delighted to again be recognised as a 100 Hero for our Birmingham Office’s Charity of the Year. The accolade highlights our continued support for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity.

A celebratory event was held earlier in May at the Library of Birmingham, acknowledging the fundraising performed by all 100 Heroes over the past year.

Our Birmingham office has supported this great cause since 2020. A cheque for over £12,000 was recently presented to the charity and our fundraising total continues to rise during 2022.

Highlights include competing in the charity's inaugural Dragon Boat Race and sponsoring its annual Christmas Carol concert.  Many remote fundraising activities also took place during the covid-19 restrictions.

“This is a great achievement, especially during a pandemic which has provided challenges for everyone”, said Paul George, our CR Champion for Birmingham. “It is a privilege to continue partnering with this fantastic cause in 2022, helping support the incredible work they do”.

Helen Miles, Head of Corporate Fundraising at Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, said: “PM Group has gone above and beyond for our charity this year and we couldn’t be more grateful of the team’s support and commitment to doing more for our sick kids. We’re delighted to have been able to recognise and celebrate their incredible efforts with this special accolade. They really are our heroes.”

Birmingham Children’s Hospital is a leading UK specialist paediatric centre, caring for over 90,000 sick children and young people every year. The charity’s mission is to raise the vital funds needed to make a real difference to all who use its hospital’s services, offering them the best experience possible.
