CIBSE Employer of the Year Award Winner

The 2023 awards recognise future stars, as well as employers committed to developing young talent.

Building Services Engineer Eric Mytton joined our Graduate Programme in 2022 and attended the recent awards ceremony.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year with PM Group", said Eric. Working as part of the UK's Building Services team, I couldn't be in a better environment, working towards my chartership.”

"There is a huge emphasis on well-being, training and personal development at PM Group", added Eric. "It makes me very excited for the future as I grow here as a Building Services Engineer."

Our UK team won the Medium Employer of the Year Category. It’s Graduate Programme, recently reaccredited by CIBSE, played a big part in this achievement.

"Combining our Graduate Programme with opportunities to support key projects, means we provide young engineers with an excellent platform to develop and grow", said Talent Acquisition Lead Alex Parry.  

"This award recognises our commitment and focus on ensuring we provide the perfect environment for that", Alex added.
