Your favourite part about working in PM Group?

Being a part of a team where everyone has their importance and not just simply being a part of a work group. We all have our own skills, and PM Group recognises that and helps to hone them.

Your biggest challenge to date?

My biggest challenge to date was to work from home (WFH) during the COVID-19 outbreak. To stick to a “normal” work routine while being WFH. It was challenging because it changed the way I work and communicate with my team.

However, thanks to the strong willingness of all the team players and a good organisation, it has been achievable.

The most useful piece of advice you have received?

Life is continuous learning.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I enjoy spare time with my family, friends, and keeping in touch with new technologies.

Why would you recommend working for PM Group or the Graduate Programme?

I would say that working with PM Group is not about working for a company where I have to just work my hours. Instead, I am working within a big team that share core values.
