My PM Group - Lisa

PM Group’s work involves designing, constructing and commissioning Pharmaceutical, Food and beverage, Medtech, Advanced Manufacturing and Data Centre facilities around the world.

I was able to successfully integrate my scientific background within PM Group’s Commissioning & Qualification business unit. I can safely say that every single day has been different and immensely fulfilling, both on a personal and professional level. 

My first role involved method validation for a Pharma client. I then progressed to providing Quality consultancy for global Biopharmaceutical companies. Then to leading teams of CQ engineers for clients in diverse areas such as Medtech, API, Biopharma, Animal Health and Laboratories. 

One of my biggest achievements has been managing and growing our Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV) service .  We now have an impressive and continuously expanding team of CQV engineers. 

I am also proud of my appointment as Associate Director with PM Group. I’m determined always to use my voice within the company to help us continue to grow in gender diversity and inclusion across all levels.
