Meet Diana – she joined PM Group earlier this year as a Document Management Administrator. She had taken a 15-year career break to bring up her family. Having qualified in Mechanical Engineering and previously working in the area of Quality, Diana felt the time was right to come back to the work place.

Diana returned to work after taking a career break to raise her family.

Through a friend, she heard about PM Group’s Returners Programme and made contact. Initially there were a number of informal calls to find out what areas suited her skill-set and where there were requirements within the company.

The Returners Programme is specifically aimed at anyone who has an engineering, technical or project management background who has taken extended leave for any reason.  At PM Group, we are very aware how daunting the prospect to returning to work can be.  We work closely with our new hire to develop a personalised development plan with industry-specific skills training and mentoring.
