Rosita Fennell appointed Chief Financial Officer

Rosita is a chartered management accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork and an MSc in Executive Leadership from University of Ulster. Rosita has held a number of senior finance roles in a variety of multinational companies prior to joining PM Group in 2006.  With her extensive experience of finance and operations management, Rosita has supported PM Group’s growth and development in a number of finance leadership roles and served as Company Secretary from 2019 to 2021.

Dan Flinter, Chair of PM Group said: “Rosita’s strategic, financial and operations experience will be a significant addition to the PM Group Board of Directors. As an employee owned business working across the world, Rosita will play an important role in PM Group’s future development”.

PM Group Chief Executive, Dave Murphy also welcomed the appointment, saying: “I am delighted with the appointment of Rosita and wish her well in her new role as CFO and as a fellow Director on the Board of PM Group.  I look forward to working with Rosita as we continue to grow and develop our international business.”

Larry Westman who has served as CFO of PM Group and Board member since 2001, and contributed hugely to the Group’s development, will continue to work with the Group in an advisory capacity.
