Boehringer Ingelheim's new API facility is planned for the late stage development of New Chemical Entities (NCEs). PM Group was awarded of the Detailed Design of this new Chemical Innovation Plant at Boehringer's existing Ingelheim campus in Germany.

The multi-million euro facility will incorporate the latest technologies, processing capability and automated processes. PM Group has been working closely with Boehringer Ingelheim since September 2020. We completed the basic design in 2021 and will complete the detailed design in late 2023. It is expected that the new facility will be fully commissioned in 2025.
PM Group will have upwards of 100 people working on the project across our offices. Key to winning the project is the deep technical expertise and experience of our teams. PM Group’s team of professional advisers includes process design, structural engineering, project management, construction, and commissioning.
