Our Women’s Network was launched in 2022 and now has over 450 members. It was developed to help reduce gender bias and improve diversity at all levels of our business.
The Women’s Network has diverse representation across all departments and includes senior leadership. This ensures that the network addresses the unique challenges and opportunities faced at all levels and functions within our company.
