As PM Group continues to grow, we are strengthening our leadership team to further enhance project delivery, quality and operational excellence across our international business.
These appointments are designed to support more consistent delivery, stronger governance and greater value for clients delivering complex capital projects.
Colm Fitzgerald has been appointed Director of Service Development – Construction & Project Management Consultancy. Colm will focus on advancing PM Group’s service offering, driving improvements in structure, quality, project controls, resource management, training, EHS and Digital.
Aidan Murphy has been appointed Director of Delivery Operations. Aidan will lead initiatives that strengthen operational performance, improve delivery efficiency and support greater consistency across PM Group’s global project delivery organisation.
Paul O'Leary has been appointed Director of Global Services Leadership. Paul will drive technical excellence across PM Group’s service lines, strengthening standards, best practice and quality worldwide.
