Strengthening delivery and client outcomes across key markets
PM Group has strengthened its Life Sciences leadership team with three senior appointments designed to further enhance delivery, innovation and client outcomes across key markets.
Declan Sullivan has been appointed Director of Life Sciences Division. Declan has overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance and continued growth of our international Life Sciences business. This integrated leadership will ensure even greater consistency, agility and value for clients delivering complex, high-impact projects.
Supporting this, Andrea Brunetti has been appointed Director of Life Sciences – Europe & UK. Andrea will lead regional operations across Europe and the UK, bringing a strong focus on execution, collaboration and operational excellence. His expanded role will help clients to benefit from deeper regional integration, stronger programme delivery and seamless access to PM Group’s expertise.
In Ireland, Derek McConnell has been appointed Director of Life Sciences – Ireland. Derek will lead operations across one of PM Group’s key markets, strengthening a more integrated “One Ireland” approach. For clients, this means enhanced coordination, faster decision-making and a more connected delivery model.
Together, these appointments reinforce PM Group’s commitment to providing clients with experienced leadership, consistent delivery and scalable solutions. They support successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle in a rapidly evolving Life Sciences sector.
