New Global Head of Talent Management appointed
We are delighted to announce that Lindsay Gallimore-Lountain has been appointed Global Head of Talent Management at PM Group.
Lindsay steps into this role at an exciting time for PM Group, as we define and deliver our People Strategy to help our people and business to grow over the next four years. She will collaborate across the organisation to transform how we attract, develop, engage and retain the exceptional talent that drives our success.
Lindsay brings 20 years’ experience in designing and delivering people and HR strategies. Prior to joining PM Group, she worked with Accenture in the UK, Ireland and internationally - both in its consulting practice and in senior HR leadership roles. Lindsay has led global teams to deliver change management, employee experience, workforce transformation, learning and leadership development and talent management solutions across multiple industries.
