PM Group has announced two key leadership appointments in the United States, further strengthening its ability to support clients delivering complex capital projects across the Life Sciences sector.
Earlier in the year, Brendan O'Connell was promoted to USA Senior Vice President for Operations, reflecting his significant contribution to the growth and success of PM Group's US business. In his new role, Brendan is focusing on enhancing operational excellence, supporting business growth and ensuring clients continue to benefit from PM Group's industry-leading project delivery capabilities.
We are also pleased to announce that Juan Tobon has been appointed General Manager of PM Group's Philadelphia Business Unit. Juan succeeds Brendan and is providing continuity of leadership for one of the company's key US operations.
A Chartered Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP), Brendan brings extensive experience in engineering, project management and business leadership. Throughout his career with PM Group, he has played a central role in expanding the company's US operations and delivering successful outcomes for clients undertaking major capital investments.
Juan assumes his new role with deep technical expertise and extensive industry experience. An accomplished engineering leader with a strong background in complex industrial and high-tech facilities, he is recognized for developing innovative, efficient solutions and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams. His combination of technical knowledge, client focus and operational leadership will help drive continued growth in the Philadelphia Business Unit.
