Supporting Poland's growing Data Centre sector

Spotlighting the people behind complex design, delivery and sustainability

Poland is fast becoming an important location for data centres in Europe. As demand grows, projects need teams who can design, coordinate and deliver with care and precision.

We are delighted that Wiktoria Gocałek and Maria Machowska-Radecka are finalists in the ‘Young Talent’ category at the Polish Data Center Association (PLDCA) Industry 2026 Awards.

Working on PM Group data centre projects, Maria and Wiktoria are part of multi-discipline teams supporting the safe, efficient and sustainable delivery of critical digital infrastructure.

Maria is an architect who works on large‑scale data centre projects. She supports teams by coordinating complex designs across multiple disciplines. Her strong BIM skills help keep layouts clear, technical interfaces aligned and projects moving at pace. This is essential on fast‑track data centre developments.

Wiktoria is a sustainability specialist. She supports data centre projects through LEED certification and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Her analysis helps teams understand carbon impact early in design. This supports better decisions and lower environmental impact over the life of a facility.

Their work reflects the practical expertise needed to support reliable, future‑ready data centres.

The PLDCA Industry Awards Winners will be announced at the Associations annual event. We wish Maria, Wiktoria and all the finalists the best of luck.
