Our award winning Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) programme has many initiatives. They include Women’s Network Mentoring Circles, Gender KPI’s, Global Inclusion Week and cross-cultural collaboration. Our programme is quite broad and is cognisant of the challenges faced by the engineering industry as a whole.
