PM Group win Advancing Gender Equality Award
We were delighted to win the Advancing Gender Equality Award at the 2024 National Diversity and Inclusion (NDI) Awards. The recognition underscores our commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace.
The award recognises the tangible impact our initiatives have made in our workplace. These include Gender KPIs, our Returners Programme and Women's Network Mentoring Circles. A particular highlight was the introduction of female PPE gear. Long needed in the industry, the new, well-fitting PPE is helping to make our teams safer. In the wider community, we were also recognised for our STEM outreach activities.
The annual NDI Awards help to celebrate Diversity & Inclusion progress in Ireland. In 2024, the NDI Awards received over 150 entries across 11 categroies.
