With more than a decade working on data centre projects across Europe, Edel has watched the sector transform. “The data centre industry has evolved and it’s been really exciting to be part of that.” She has moved from early design roles to leading large multi‑office engineering (MOE) teams.
For global clients, adapting designs for different countries is one of the biggest hurdles. Edel specialises in translating agnostic concepts into fully compliant, locally ready solutions. As she explains, “We review agnostic designs to see how they need to be modified if they’re to be produced in multiple European countries. We do this at scale and can produce analysis for fifteen or more countries seamlessly. This early analysis allows clients to avoid delays and anticipate local variations.”
