PM Group celebrates a milestone in its 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report - the mean gender pay gap has dropped below 30% for the first time since reporting began in 2023, reflecting real progress.
Overall, female representation has continuously improved year on year, reaching 35.3% in 2025. Representation for females in leadership roles is also rising, with 22% at executive level. Graduate and intern intakes exceeded our gender diversity goals.
Through targeted initiatives, flexible working and a thriving Women’s Network, PM Group is building a more inclusive and more opportunistic workplace for women.
“Our gender pay gap metrics are improving every year – and that’s progress worth celebrating. However, we know the journey isn’t over. We remain committed to increasing female representation across PM Group and creating opportunities for everyone to thrive,” said Susanne Jeffery, Chief People & Culture Officer, PM Group.
The journey continues but these achievements show what’s possible when commitment meets action.
