Investment support for growth and job creation in Pennsylvania
50 new jobs and new, expanded Philadelphia office announced.
PM Group is pleased to announce significant investment support from the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED), through its Business PA partner arm.
The support will help accelerate PM Group’s growth and continued commitment to Pennsylvania, where we are building a world class centre of excellence for life science facility design and project management.
Marking this milestone, we welcomed a delegation from the Pennsylvania DCED to our Dublin headquarters on Friday 26th September. The group included Secretary Rick Siger, Chief Commercial Officer Aaron Pitts, and Pennsylvania’s Authorized Trade and Investment Representative in Ireland Declan Barry.
“We have been in Philadelphia since 2021, and we are delighted to announce a further expansion of our business which has grown significantly in response to our clients’ needs. We will create 50 additional highly skilled jobs, enabling us to develop our office into a regional centre of excellence for Life Sciences in engineering and architecture.” said Allan Schouten, President, PM Group – USA.
“We’re thrilled that a global powerhouse like the PM Group has chosen to expand in Pennsylvania,” said DCED Secretary Rick Siger. “This is yet another project that further strengthens the robust life sciences ecosystem in Southeastern PA, which is one of the key industries of focus in our 10-year Economic Development Strategy. We will continue to be laser-focused to bring more international investments like these to the Commonwealth.”
Brendan O’Connell, Senior Vice President, PM Group - USA, and General Manager, Operations, Philadelphia, added, “We are very excited to announce our new expanded office in Conshohocken, Montgomery County. We’re grateful for the support of Governor Shapiro and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in helping us to accelerate our growth in this dynamic region.”
PM Group established its US business in 2010 and has offices in Philadelphia, Boston, San Francisco and Raleigh Durham. US based clients include Merck & Co, Johnson & Johnson, Lilly, Sanofi and Novo Nordisk amongst others.
